Meet John, One of the Children from the JoshKrisDan Home!
John joined the HFO family on the 5th of October, 2005 after he was rescued by the social welfare department from an alcoholic and drug addicted mother at the age of 6. John is a twin brother to Jonathan and brother to twin sisters Lily Joy and Libby who also live at the home. He is now a healthy 12 year old boy and a student of Old Ningo Presby School with interests in football, reading and writing. He’s academically below average due to his poor foundation in education but the house parents believe with much supervision, encouragement and love that John will improve and be a star in his generation. However, there has been tremendous improvement in his mannerism and behavior though he’s still playful and noisy. He’s developing his faith in God and is a Christian. He can read and write and is aspiring to be a footballer in the future. John is happy at the home and appreciates the house parents for giving him good advice all the time to surge him on towards greatness.
